Notice of Annual General Meeting – Sunday 29 June 2025

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Cyprus Community of South Australia Inc. will take place on Sunday 29 June 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Community Complex, 6–8 Barrpowell Street, Welland.

This is an important opportunity for members to:

• Hear updates from the President and Treasurer
• Review reports from our subcommittees
• Ask questions
• Contribute to community direction

Should there not be a quorum at 2:00 PM, the meeting will begin at 2:30 PM with those present considered a quorum.

• Date: Sunday, 29 June 2025
• Time: 2:00 PM (or 2:30 PM if no quorum)
• Venue: Cyprus Community of SA – 6–8 Barrpowell Street, Welland
• Entry: Free for financial members
• Who Can Attend: All current members of the Cyprus Community of SA
• Membership Renewal: Please renew before the meeting if required
